Artrekker Privacy Policy

Our Services offer you the ability to register and log in using your third-party social media account details. When you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable timeframe, unless we are required by law to retain it.

We have implemented appropriate and reasonable technical and organizational security measures designed to protect the security of any personal information we process. However, despite our safeguards, no electronic transmission over the Internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.

10. Information from Minors

We do not knowingly collect, solicit data from, or market to children under 13 years of age. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 13, or that you are the parent or guardian of a user under 18 and consent to their use of the Services. If we learn that personal information from users under 13 has been collected, we will deactivate the account and take reasonable steps to delete such data promptly.

12. Do-Not-Track Features

We do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow, we will update this Privacy Notice.

13. United States Residents — Specific Privacy Rights

If you are a resident of California, Colorado, Connecticut, or other applicable states, you may have the right to request access to and receive details about the personal information we maintain about you, correct inaccuracies, get a copy of, or delete your personal information.

14. European Union and United Kingdom Residents

GDPR (France, Spain, and all EU member states): You have the rights described in Section 11. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

UK GDPR: If you are in the United Kingdom, you have equivalent rights under the UK GDPR. You may contact the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk if you have concerns about how we handle your data.
